‘Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment…’ – Buddha
Life. Such a short word, such a multitude of layers.
Confusion, hopes, dreams…prayers.
Life. It’s a loaded term.
It comes with its own set of complications…multiplications, hesitations…
Life. It charms, beguile, disappoints and riles.
Swings between light and dark…shadows and brightness…
…laughter and tears.
Life. It can surprise, with a resilience…
But it can begin again and in the worst…when we think it’s over,
…the minutes pass…
And we begin again.
Life. Strange, but if you spend too much time worrying about the future, you’ll miss what’s happening today.
3 years is 3 years away.
Hate to be a cliché.
But as they say…
…live for today.
Not always easy I know. But as the Foo song says,
‘When the wheels come down
When the wheels touch ground
And you feel like it’s all over
There’s another round for you…’
